Vanmorgen liep ik de <a title=\"RTV NH\" href=\"http:\/\/www.rtvnh.nl\/sport\/index.asp?newsid=82362\" target=\"_blank\">RTV NH<\/a>\u00a0<a title=\"Vondelparkloop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.phanos.org\/wedstrijden\/2008\/vondelparkloop\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vondelparkloop<\/a>. Een rondje\u00a0 van 3,5 km vond ik genoeg. &#8217;t Was niet eens afzien. Eigenlijk wel lekker. En gezellig. Met soep en citroenwater. Geen spectaculaire tijd: <a title=\"Uitslagen Vondelparkloop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uitslagen.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">24:27<\/a>, maar binnen een half uur. De erwtensoep na afloop had ik dik verdiend. This morning I ran the <a title=\"Vondelparkloop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.phanos.org\/wedstrijden\/2008\/vondelparkloop\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vondelparkloop<\/a>. One\u00a03,5 km lap. I did not even had a tough time. Actually it was fine. And pleasant. There was soup and lemonwater. Not a spectacular result: <a title=\"Uitslagen Vondelparkloop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.uitslagen.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">24:27<\/a>, but within half an hour. The Dutch pea soup afterwards was richly richly deserved. On the way home I found a little bit of spring in the park.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8217;t Is me gelukt!
