\"Aardbeienijs\"Dit was zo’n middag. Twee strengen moesten bolletjes worden. Nu heb ik wel een bolwinder maar niet zo’n ‘ding’. Want zo’n streng kan best om een stoel. Lekker op het balkon doen. De stoel was te smal of de streng was te groot. Het gevolg was wel dat de streng binnen de kortste keren een onontwarbare kluwen was en geen bol. Dat kostte heel veel tijd. Bij de tweede was ik voorzichtiger. Dat ging sneller en goed. Tevreden pakte ik de bol van de winder en…tja, hoe ging dat nou? Voor ik het wist lag hij beneden in de tuin van de buren. Het aardbeienijs<\/a> was gelukkig de vorige keer al mislukt. Dat zit nu keurig in ijslollievormpjes dus dat hoeven we vanavond niet te hakken.<\/p>\n

This things happen. Two\u00a0hanks had to transfer in skeins. I have a yarnwinder but not such a ’thing’. ‘Cause you can do it with a chair. The sun was shining, so I moved to the balcony. The chair was too small or the hank was too big. The consequence was that in no time I had a a tangled ball and no skein.\u00a0That took lots of time.\u00a0I handled the second much more carefully. The job was done faster and better.\u00a0Pleased I got the skein of\u00a0the winder and…yes, what happened?Before I knew the skein was lying 4 floors down in the garden of one of the neighbours. Luckily the strawberry ice<\/a> already failed earlier this week. Today I put it nicely in ice lolly containers, so tonight we don’t have to\u00a0hack at the strawberry lump of ice.<\/p>\n

(Recipe is easy and delicious: clean 750 grams strawberries, pulp them with a blender, put in 3 tablespoons sweetener dissolved in 100 ml hot water, put in 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and at least 2 finely chopped basil leaves.
